Private medical cover is provided through the BNP Paribas Private Medical Plan, administered by AXA Health. It is available to all permanent employees and those on fixed term contracts.
Our plan provides you with extensive coverage, with no need for medical underwriting, no exclusions for pre-existing conditions and no excess charge on any claims and is available to you and your family (if you elect for your family via Spectrum).
Private medical cover offers a range of options for medical care, faster access and more flexibility in the treatment you receive, and cover for diagnostic tests, physiotherapy, home nursing and some alternative therapies.
You can opt out of receiving private medical cover as a benefit, but you will not receive any extra cash as a result of doing so.
