It provides support to those who are struggling with menopausal symptoms or have any questions or concerns around menopause, plus advice on treatments options. Peppy is 100% anonymous and free to all permanent employees, those on fixed term contracts and their partners*.
With Peppy, you have access to:

Daisy chain is the informal BNP Paribas’ Menopause network. Members share experiences and tips on anything to do with the menopause and support one another through any difficulties faced. Everyone is welcome from every UK business.
You can also access unlimited 30-minute HCA Menopause consultations with a Menopause trained GP. This appointment can also lead to accessibility of further tests to support the identification of symptoms.

In 2022, AXA health developed a brand-new diagnostic benefit, which has since been updated. AXA health has partnered with ProblemShared, a clinician-led, CQC-regulated online mind-health provider, to deliver a wide variety of post assessment support as of January 2023.
