Menopause

The Peppy app give you access to NHS-trained menopause practitioners. It provides support to those who are struggling with menopausal symptoms or have any questions or concerns around menopause, plus advice on treatments options. Peppy is 100% anonymous and free to all permanent employees, those on fixed term contracts and their partners*.

With Peppy, you have access to:

  • A chat with an expert practitioner
  • A 45-minute menopause phone consultation
  • Specialist menopause mental health support
  • A six-week menopause programme and virtual seminars
  • Unlimited online exercise classes

*Simply follow the steps register with your BNP Paribas email and when prompted enter a personal email for your partner so they can then interact with Peppy direct and in confidence.

Daisy chain is the informal BNP Paribas’ Menopause network. Members share experiences and tips on anything to do with the menopause and support one another through any difficulties faced. Everyone is welcome from every UK business.

You can also access unlimited 30-minute HCA Menopause consultations with a Menopause trained GP. This appointment can also lead to accessibility of further tests to support the identification of symptoms.

  • To book a consultation call 0345 437 0691 (Option 1, request a '30 minute Menopause consultation').
  • This service is available to permanent employees and those on fixed term contracts.

Neurodiversity

In 2022, AXA health developed a brand-new diagnostic benefit, which has since been updated. AXA health has partnered with ProblemShared, a clinician-led, CQC-regulated online mind-health provider, to deliver a wide variety of post assessment support as of January 2023.

This ground-breaking benefit is available to members of the BNP Paribas Healthcare Trust (UK Private Medical benefit). This can be for either yourself OR a family member.

  • A series of useful resources, including videos, audios and articles, curated by Peppy experts featuring evidence-based information aligned with NHS guidelines. These can help with talking to your GP or manager about your needs. 
  • Access to moderated group chats which allow you to share your experiences and learn from others.

Keep in mind that if you are a member of the BNP Paribas Healthcare trust, there is benefit available to support investigations into fertility. If needed, members can access benefit towards the cost of the assisted fertility treatment too.
