Members of the BNP Paribas Pension scheme can select additional pension contributions through salary exchange, and benefit from a 10% subsidy from BNP Paribas. Alternatively you can choose to convert some of your pension into taxable cash.

We offer you a UK SIP allowing you to purchase shares in the Bank (up to £1,800 in value pa), with tax and National Insurance savings. The plan is discretionary but usually runs annually, with full details and conditions provided to all staff at the time of operation.

Having a Will can minimise your family’s financial difficulties and help them to avoid lengthy legal proceedings at the time of bereavement. It can also ensure your estate and/or children will be looked after by the person(s) of your choosing, and can help reduce inheritance tax.

Mental and physical incapacity can hit at any time, so you may wish to consider setting up a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPOA) for you and/or your partner or your parents.

LPOA gives another individual the legal authority to look after specific aspects of your financial affairs or health and welfare should you lose the capacity to do so, and are designed specifically to be recognised by financial institutions, care homes and local authorities, as well as tax, benefits and pension authorities.

Workplace Savings gives you access to a Stocks & Shares ISA, a General Investment Account (GIA) and a Lifetime ISA (LISA).

Our workplace savings plans are provided by Fidelity, who also manage your UK Pension Plan and allow you to build up investments (that, unlike your pension, can be accessed as needed) with monthly deductions from your net salary.
